Signature touches

It’s the little details that make Upper Class dining feel special, from afternoon tea in the sky to indulgent treats whenever you fancy.

Signature Mile High Tea

In Upper Class, we take teatime to a whole new level. Our Signature Mile High Tea gives the classic British ritual a stylish upgrade - think deliciously dainty finger sandwiches, tempting pastries, and your choice of tea, served just how you like it. Prefer yours with extra sparkle? A glass of bubbly pairs perfectly.

Signature sip: The Virgin Atlantic Bloody Mary

Bold, sophisticated and full of character, our Signature Bloody Mary Mix is an elevated take on a classic. Made exclusively in collaboration with The Pickle House, this small-batch blend fuses tangy pickle brine with a perfectly balanced spice mix for a drink with serious bite. Superb on its own, even better with sustainably crafted Sapling vodka.
