The safety and security of our customers and our people is always our top priority.

Our flights have been vital to repatriate our customers and people who were in Dubai and Riyadh. We expect to have returned all customers who are away from home by early next week.

Following the escalation in the Middle East, we have made ongoing dynamic assessments to our flying programme.

Following the VS401’s departure on Saturday 7 March, Dubai flying was suspended until the end of the Winter 25 season (28 March). We're continually assessing flying to Riyadh and our flights currently remain paused for an initial period until 25 March.

We will be reaching out directly to customers impacted by these changes to provide further information and discuss the options available to them.
