HURRICANE MELISSA – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Following Hurricane Melissa, we’ve remained closely connected with our teams in Jamaica, resort partners, and local authorities to provide assistance to our customers, helping over 1,000 customers safely return to the UK from Montego Bay.
We remain fully committed to Jamaica and our long-standing partnership with the island. While recovery efforts continue and infrastructure is restored, we have made the decision to reduce our flying schedule to Montego Bay, pausing flights after Monday 10 November until late November, when we hope to resume limited services.
We’ll be in direct contact with all customers affected by these changes.

Customers Away From Home
We’ve now been able to repatriate all customers who registered as Away From Home. If you still require a flight home and haven’t yet registered, please do so using the link below. This helps us confirm your location and begin making new travel arrangements.

Customers who have registered will be rebooked and updates will be sent via email as soon as their new flight details are confirmed. These will also appear in My Booking.
We’ll cover reasonable costs for accommodation, meals, and transport where required. Please retain receipts and submit your claim here once you have returned home.
