The property was fantastic, we are always big fans of Hyatt's as it is a great standard across the board. The staff were so lovely and friendly and you cannot beat the location. We were able to walk the full French Quarter all down through Jackson Square and to the Whisky Brewery. You must speak to the concierge about the Bayou tour and ask for Captain Neil, it was the best experience we had on the trip.

Beautiful hotel! We were excited to stay on Boutbon street and our balcony was amazing. The noise was very loud! If your goi g to party and not sleep I would highly recommend.

滞在中は清掃をお願いしていなかったため、水だけフロ ントで受け取ろうとしたところ、
「グローバリストならハウスキーピングが置いているは ずでしょ?」とため息をつかれ、ようやく水を渡されま した。
立地も部屋も良いだけに、この対応には本当にがっかり しました。再訪は考えていません。
As a long-time Globalist, I wish I loved this property - its prime location and spotless, comfortable rooms are truly great.
Unfortunately, two front desk staff members I interacted with were surprisingly rude. Since I had the DND sign on my door throughout my stay and didn't get housekeeping, I stopped by the front desk to ask for bottled water.
One sighed and said, "You're a Globalist - housekeeping should've put water," before reluctantly handing me a bag of bottles. It was disappointing and unprofessional. With such a nice location and room quality, I expected better service. I won't be returning.
