Found this city hotel to be very pleasant. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Servers at breakfast are very attentive.
We were a large group and there was no issue with splitting bills which was extremely helpful to us.

Location is nice.
Bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Lots of towels and the robes were lovely and fluffy. Food was excellent and portions were big.
Tram stop just outside the door and also Tim Hortons & Mc Donald’s.

Very nice hotel in downtown Calgary. The check in area is a little crazy as cars are coming and going from the underground parking garage. Rooms very clean. Lobby nice and peaceful oasis from the craziness outside in downtown Calgary. Walkable to everywhere important.

Chy was amazing and super helpful. Stay was wonderful. Super happy with our service and the customer service here was above par. Staff on arrival was super helpful telling us where to park, hotel has its own parking at. $20 fee. Reasonable for downtown Calgary.
