Orlando itself doesn’t have its own beach, but you’re in luck—it’s located just a short drive away from some of Florida’s most famous beaches! While Orlando is an inland city, you can easily access both East Coast and West Coast beaches within about an hour’s drive. Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Clearwater Beach and New Smyrma Beach are all within 90 miles.

The currency in Dubai is the UAE dirham (AED). It’s good to have some cash for souks and taxis, but most places happily take cards - especially the ones that get a little spendy.

Which UK airports do we fly from?

We fly daily from London Heathrow and Manchester, and offer a seasonal service from April to October.

This depends on which hotel you pick. Our resort hotels in Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World don't charge any resort fees in resort. We also have plenty of hotels that either have no resort fee, or have waived this additional charge for our customers (sometimes this is exclusive to us, so be sure to check).

Where there are resort fees charged, you'll find the amount as you proceed through the checkout, and this will be charged in resort. Sometimes these charges mean you'll get additional inclusions, such as free WiFi, complimentary transport to the parks, or food and beverage credit.

Orlando boasts a humid subtropical climate, characterized by hot, humid summers and mild, dry winters. The city enjoys an average of 233 sunny days per year, making it a year-round destination for outdoor activities and theme park adventures. 

For pleasant weather and fewer crowds, consider visiting during the dry season (November to April). March to May is particularly ideal, offering warm temperatures and minimal rainfall. However, be aware that hurricane season runs from June to November, with the highest risk from August to October, and with June being the wettest month.
