This is my first ever hotel review and I am at a loss for words to describe my stay at the Oberoi. In my book and by any measure, The Oberoi is simply the Best! I can only think of my stay in superlatives - Fabulous! Beyond Awesome! etc etc. From the chauffer driven Mercedes pickup at the airport till checkout, every single employee I encountered was professional, yet warm, welcoming and solicitious. While the Oberoi is on par or exceeds every 5 star amenity, what sets this brand apart is the service, the attention to detail. The Oberoi is the very definition of hospitality at its finest! The combination of jet lag and Senior moments make for a bad combination when it comes to remembering every single employee name but it was a joy and absolute pleasure at every encounter. Please forgive me if I don’t mention every one of you personally, but know that I appreciate you all. I spent a considerable amount of time at the Fenix and around front desk staff. In no particular order Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to Aakanksha, Aaddhhyya (hope I spelled that right), Sanya, Ritika. Aachal, Kajal, Deep, Sumit, Jousha and everyone on the restaurant team for plying me with copious amounts of coffee and food. My heart is so full…I cannot thank you enough! Ditto for Darlyn, Sachi, Supriya and the In room Dining team. Your kindness, generosity and hospitality mean so much. Haven’t forgotten you Siddhi, Dhanish, Suraj, Riddhi, Priya, Taikhum, Ishaan, Rishi and also Sreejeetha at the Belvedere. Stand up and take a bow…all of you! An extra, extra special and loud shout out to the One-of-a-kind, Indescribable, Incomparable Concierge’s Concierge DANNY! You are a walking encyclopedia of the city and have a solution or suggestion for every single request. Forever in your debt Danny! You epitomize the Oberoi! Keep on keeping on! Every detail is a great story to tell and the longest story is the service quality. Everything was great from the moment of check in to the last moment of check out. The details to make our stay the best is the most we love. The best stay in 2025. Coming back for sure.

From the beginning, we requested three adjacent rooms on the same floor to make it easier for us to take care of our father — and Mr. Saptak made sure that it was arranged exactly as we needed. Every request we made, whether it was related to facilities or other support, was handled with great care and coordination by him.
