We went out and came back late night still the room wasn’t clean. We didn’t have extra towels or water! Out of 4 night on our last morning we seen the cleaning guy! Now the restaurant, breakfast was okay, not much choice. But did English breakfast. Dinner was very disappointed not much mainly seafood and Chinese, we couldn’t eat. Never get dinner here cause it’s not included drinks! They charge extra. I’ve stayed at Marriott and it is much better!! Read less

The food in the GBR restaurant was good, although repetitive the food itself was tasty. The Kyber Indian restaurant is amazing and absolutely worth a try, views out over the palm are stunning too. The only complaints I had about my stay was the price of the minibar , £14 for a small bottle of beer 🍺 and almost the same for a tiny tub of Pringles ? That’s extreme because we bought the same locally in shops for a fraction of the price, and the security deposit, I 100% understand the need for one but the price of the security deposit in this hotel is really high, we were £400 for 10days stay and the £200 tourist tax on top meant we were £600 out of pocket before our holiday even started… I’m still awaiting my refund and I’ve been back since Monday . All in all I can’t fault this hotel for anything else, staff go above and beyond , the private beach is just the best I’ve ever used . I would definitely go back and would also recommend Dikes The palm. Read less

Great views from the 15th Floor. Had tasty strong cocktails outside and moved inside for a seafood platter. This was well spiced and generous. Lalit was our server and answered any questions we had and looked after all of our needs. Great food, great restaurant.
