The Kahala has always been one of Hawaii's top hotels, with a celebrity guest list that's included nearly every president since Richard Nixon! Even Cond Nasté Traveller thinks it has the 'Best Rooms and Restaurants in the US'. And when you get there you'll see why. Your spacious room will overlook either the ocean, mountain or lagoon. There's a beautiful pool area to relax by and even the fitness centre has ocean views to give you a boost. When it comes to eating here, you can choose between four stylish restaurants - the award-winning Hoku's, with its innovative fusion menu, comes highly recommended.

Paulina was absolutely sweet and amazing. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She used the perfect amount of pressure. I got a 2 hour service and will definitely be back. This was the best Mother’s Day gift ever. This is a must do experience

What a wonderful time. My best friends and I spent our birthday afternoon getting a wonderful massage and facial package. The ambiance and products were amazing. The treat of tea and cookies in the cabana after were so wonderful too. We will definitely book this again!

Getting married a Kahala and they graciously provided a massage and body scrub. Ryuko did an excellent job. Extremely kind and professional. Room was nice too with changing room and shower. High class service and would definitely come again!

The Kahala Is Outstanding

We spent a week at the Kahala Hotel, and must say how pleased we were with our stay. We actually started out at another hotel, and moved here because of the lovely location. We like the quietness, but still are close if you want to be at the heart of the city.
We booked a dolphin wing room which we enjoyed. The room was large with all the things you need. The actual room was more like a small suite with a good sized sitting area, desk, and a decent deck. The bathroom was huge and conveniently divided for two people. There were separate areas with large closets, dressing area, and a coffee bar with a fridge. The rooms were very nicely planned out and quiet.
On the subject of the dolphins, this seems to be a controversial topic. We did not have an issue and were able to observe the care of these animals right from our deck.
We had a package that included breakfast. It was not a buffet! Service was outstanding and the breakfast was frankly my favorite meal. I did take one star off as I felt the other meals could use some improvement.
However this iconic hotel was most enjoyable and we would return.
