The hotel

Where is it

This gorgeous hotel is bang in the centre of The Strip next door to Paris and opposite the graceful Bellagio fountains. The Harley-Davidson® Café is just across the road and you have direct access to the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood with over 170 shops, including a huge Urban Outfitters. Transfer time from airport: 10 minutes.

Ultra Resort Rooms are larger with a luxury bathroom that has his and her sinks, a sofa with coffee table and a writing desk. They offer 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Ultra Resort Vista Rooms have upgraded views and offer 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Strip Suites offer views of the famous Strip, there's an oversized soaking tub in the bathroom and a seating area with a flat screen TV. This suite offers 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Ultra Panorama Suites offer 180 degree views of The Strip, there's a separate bedroom, living and dining area. This suite offers 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Ultra Boulevard Suites feature a lounge-style living space with a suspended sofa, separate dining area and large flat screen TVs. This suite offers 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

The hotel positives are the location, it was nice being by the mall having affordable options for food and shopping. The casino itself was clean and had reasonable prices. Rooms are dated, but clean, bed comfortable & room was a good size and the soaking tub was nice to have. Things to look out for: Booking experience for two rooms was horrible not only with the kiosk, but the Staff. Not only were our room 10 floors away, but on opposite sides of the hotel. We were traveling with our kids and the hotel staff did not care, did not make any efforts to try to help us. Besides that, one of our rooms was noisy (there was some loud clanking noise that kept waking us up), some of the lamps and charge ports did not work, so some of our devices did not charge. When Leaving we had one rude Valet. The Valet popped out of car and got in my face to tell us they work off tips. Yeah, we know - we paid on kiosk and he stormed off??? No greetings or anything to even communicate that we used the kiosk. The hotel was nice overall, but I would not recommend staying here if you need more than 1 room and I would recommend to not use the kiosks until the hotel can update their technology for a better experience for their customers. Also, anytime you need to address a room issue, be prepared to wait in a line with all the people checking in and out. Read less

They have express checking in machines but no good if you have questions etc. You have to pay resort fees, they say this covers many things, one being WiFi. Well don’t count on WiFi at all for communications as it’s slower than dial up and unreliable. Talking to the desk gets you nowhere, you have no choice. It’s a case of ‘tough s#*t dear customer, we got your money now f#(k off! I do not recommend this place, it has a few pictures of Hollywood stars and some memorabilia. But don’t expect the theme to live up to the name. Poor show guys, we expected a lot more, but you don’t care anyway. I just hope some people catch this review and spend there hard earned cash somewhere more deserving. Read less
