Kids. Wow. Kids. I was surprised the amount of kids. The pool deck today was full of families having dinner in the cabanas. 4 of the 7. Not what I was expecting, or wanted. Didnt realize it was a family resort. I mean little kids. Will not return. Pendry was better. Wish they would rebrand back

Ana V was incredible. She made check in run smooth and quickly. We were struggling with our young children. She offered a few locations for dining, answered some questions regarding petco park, and even suggested some fun places to visit with the kids.

Amazing staff and atmosphere. We were completely blown away at the at the decor and cleanliness. its a fun spot if you're in the pool area and dancing to the music, or chilling in your room to the music. and as weird as it sounds one my favorite parts was the water in the lobby with lemon and fresh cups. The decor is amazing.
