הגענו זוג לנוח, המלון בסדר, אין בו חדרים עם מרפסות הבריכה הייתה כיפית, החדרים מיושנים, המזרון במיטה ברמה גרועה עם בור, קמתי יום למחרת עם גב תפוס. המיטה צריכה להיות שיא הנוחות וזה היה בדיוק הפוך.
הפלוס הוא שיש חנייה מתחת למלון והגישה נוחה.
לא כל כך מומלץ);

תקשיבו טוב טוב מי שקורא ,אני ביקרתי במאות מלונות בארץ פעם ראשונה שלי במלון הזה ופעם אחרונה ,מלון שהוא 5 כוכבים פשוט תת רמה אם היתה אפשרות להגדיר ציון מתחת ל0 הייתי רושם, חדר אוכל תת רמה אין לי מושג אך מתחזקים את המקום הזה בצורה שכזאת ,אין מקרר בחדר הכל בתשלום ,הכל מטונף במלון ,אין לובי פעיל ,הקיצר לא להגיע .

Very good service, especially from Arnel! If you’re ever near you should definitely pay a visit. Food is amazing as well. We have tried a lot of restaurants and places around the city and we will definitely come back here. We ordered burgers and they were amazing! Again, ask for Arnel! His the best.

I went to the hotel solo and stayed there for one night
The reception is awesome, Jordane & Negin welcome me warmly. My friends and I went to the bar at night and Kostas, Ellen, and Catalin provided excellent service. I would surely come here again.
