The staff is the best ever! Aranza, Sergio, Vanessa, Dani, Julio, Jose, Jessica, David, Regina, Monica, Felix, Christian, Miguel, Gabi, Gigi & Maniako were all fantastic during our stay. Rooms were nice, food was great and the facilities were beautiful. Spa was excellent as well.

Every time we went to go into the elevator there was a worker cleaning or with a paint cart. It’s crazy because the resort upkeep is terrible. Everything looks old and dirty and not maintained properly. This being the most expensive secrets in Mexico is ridiculous. The pool had bugs and leaves everywhere- never experienced this at another secrets. The workers look either miserable or too good to speak to guests. The rooms are the only good thing.
