    Housekeeper Athena is very nice and serious, especially to child, and pay attention to details. Shuttle bus driver is also patient to answer questions.

The breakfast buffet was high quality however got extremely busy past 8am. But this is the case in many hotels and resorts. I found the staff extremely helpful and polite. Lastly the resort is walking distance to Universal studios. Watercove Water park, and the beeches. However the Sentosa express is close by if you want to to use that.     Room is new and clean. Cindy, Room attendant, is so nice and kind to take care of us like family with lovely smile all the time. Looking forward to next time in coming future. 房間很新也很乾淨，房務員Cindy 很和善，總是充滿笑容，很快地反應及提供我們需要的服務。 另外，飯店有超棒的游泳玩水區域，適合家庭出遊。
