Our 5 year old son had THE best time this hotel has the best esthetic and feels so clean. I got the best pedicure with my baby in my lap and no one minded that little man slept on my lap during dinner at the Caretta. We felt so comfortable and not out of place and the food was amazing. We are already planning our next stay and imagining how much easier it will be as our kids grow older and we keep coming back.

The Reservation Desk service that Sand Pearl uses to book the room was ridiculous. Their policy is 5-7 days to modify a reservation (I gave 5 day notice). In an age of modern technology how can this take such a long time to determine -if my reservation will be modified?

When asked if I could cancel the reservation the answer was no reservation could be changed within 7 days of the reservation being used. Again, how is this part of a modern and sophisticated hotel. Great hotel with incredibly poor reservation system and poor customer friendly policies. Do not book through Reservation Desk. And do not book this hotel if you may need to change a reservation - under any circumstance.

We are here now and are very pleased with this hotel . When we arrived we were greeted and they unpacked our car for us. We had a friendly lady greet us and hold the door to welcome us to the hotel. Manny was the best , he took our luggage to the room, told us many tips , places to visit and where everything was in the hotel . He even figured out how to say our difficult to pronounce last night and greeted us by name again the next morning. We are here celebrating our Anniversary and our daughter passing her boards so this is a special trip for us and are very pleased with everything. We had a few minor issues with linens and they were immediately taken care of . The gulf front view is absolutely gorgeous and sitting on our balcony with rocking chairs having coffee in the am was so relaxing . The hotel has a keurig in the room and supplies two large complimentary bottles of water each day The pool was clean , and there is plenty of chairs on the beach and at the pools, umbrellas do have a fee which was a bummer for the price we paid. Definitely glad we tried this hotel , don’t let the bad reviews by a few keep you from here . Highly recommend and will be back !

Had a lovely 5 days last week enjoying great food and drink at various outlets. Quality of food and service was top notch.
The pool area is fantastic with such lovely staff on the towel desk.
The rooms are superb and housekeeping was faultless.
Cannot fault anything.
Definitely returning
