We had an okay experience. Everything was clean but we did experience the bug bites as well, although we believe those to be sand mites rather than something in the room. Food on and off the resort was extremely excellent. Room was dated but again, very clean. We were disappointed with the overwhelming amount of young children on the “adult” side mainly because the vast majority are left unattended making for the opposite of a relaxing adult vacation at the pool. We also felt the nightlife was lacking as the bar closes early and there wasn’t really entertainment. It seemed the best option for post-dinner fun was to travel 20 minutes into downtown St. Pete. The island Grand bar was open later but still lacked the nightlife. The beach was clean and there was plenty of beach seating. Read less

Brittini made our experience so wonderful, at breakfast and lunch her attention to detail was excellent! Definitely recommend the scrambles at breakfast, and the rum runner for a nice drink

This place is a SCAM! The room photos online DO NOT represent the room that you actually receive. Rooms are at motel quality at best. This is not a resort...not even close. Just because they provide you with wristbands doesn't mean they are a resort. This is what went wrong my first day (and the day isn't over yet): -Very rude reception upon arrival -soiled linen on the bed -broken phone -tv broken -room AC broken -elevator broken (and my wife cant walk stairs due to her disability) -order for lunch never arrived at beach location Because the phone was broken I had to walk out of my room down the stairs across a parking lot to the front desk to let them know repeatedly what was wrong 4 TIMES!!!!!! This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. What hursts most is how much I paid for this experience. Hopefully things get better tomorrow but I doubt they will...seems like no one cares here. Read less

Poorly managed property. Mattress was horrible. No warning about construction on roof which was a rude awakening. Got moved to another building away from construction only to find the elevator was not working. 6th floor. The only good thing was lunch at Gulfside Kitchen. Food was good overall and Raegan is an excellent waitress.
