Absolutely incredible.......again and again

We have just returned from our fifth holiday to the JA Resort and have had the most incredible time. We recommended the resort to friends so in total for a week there were sixty of us, everyone had a wonderful holiday and are already looking to re-book.
The service is faultless, every single member of staff takes the time to say hello, from grounds men to golf coaches to management.
There are so many resources you do not need to leave the resort, the dining is exceptional with lots of choices and cuisines, the facilities for the kids with the splash park, pools and kids club keeps the younger ones incredibly happy. Our group used the golf course numerous times enjoying each round, we also used the gym facilities which are exceptional in both the Lake View and at the Sports Bar
There is a DJ on the beach every Saturday, aqua aerobics daily and for those that prefer a quieter holiday plenty of pools where the mood is relaxed and peaceful.
We cannot recommend this resort enough - it ticks every box. We would like to say a special thanks to the following who really made our stay extra special:
Lakmal in the Fontana pool bar, he worked his socks off and makes the best frozen strawberry daiquiri’s.
Rohan at the Smokn' Gun, attentive and super helpful with dish recommendations and portion sizes (they are huge).
Manuel and Shajid at Sette - it is our favourite restaurant on resort and both visits were exactly as we had hoped. Manuel and Shajid were attentive and catered to our every need.
Karam in Kinara who has the most incredible memory - we ordered lots, and he remembered it all. He suggested dishes and once we explained what we are familiar with, encouraged us to try something new and got it exactly right.
Basil in the Fontana Buffet - it was lovely to see Basil again and so nice to know he remembered us from previous visits, Basil seated us promptly and made sure we had refreshments/everything we needed.
Dev on the Beach, Dev is a superstar, he works tirelessly making sure we had beds and umbrellas. He keeps the are tidy and is on hand to help with anything needed. In the hot sun he always has a smile and an offer to help.
Michael and Som in the Palmita/beach pool bar - these boys work their socks off. This bar is heaving and with three large serving areas they get inundated with orders and demands. They take it all in their stride, they remember large orders and serve them quickly, they tolerate people shouting orders and demands with a smile and kids requesting ice cream or lollies. They really were incredible.
Jeevan in the Sports Bar - Jeevan served us most mornings after a round of golf or gym session. He took lots of orders at once and never made any mistakes. He is super efficient and patient, he made visiting the Sports Bar enjoyable and relaxing.
The barman in Vasco da Gama - I didn't catch his name, but he worked in the evening and took lots of orders at once and served them quickly - he saw if a drink needed topping up and asked if another was needed. Diligent and impeccable service.
This really is a 5-star resort, the grounds, rooms, restaurants, buffets, service, and attention to detail cannot be beaten. We have tried other resorts across the world, but nothing compares.
We cannot wait to go back. It is our favourite place in the world.
