    Where is it

    Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

    294 rooms and suites in 1 building on 8 floors with 4 lifts. All with private balcony, air-conditioning, separate bath tub and shower, HD LCD TV, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee making facilities, mini-bar*, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and luxury bathroom amenities.

    All rooms have either 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) and sofa bed (120cm x 180cm, subject to availability), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).  

    Arabian Deluxe Rooms have lush garden resort views.


    Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, Jumeirah Mina A'Salam, Jumeirah Al Naseem, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

Every evening, she would come to check in on us, making sure my daughter felt special and comfortable. Pablo, from guest relations, took a particular interest in my plans to propose to my partner. He helped me scout out the resort, the grounds outside and arranged buggies and Abra rides to help me get around and visualize how the big day would go. He easily went beyond expectations to help set up the room with a bottle of wine, took a few pictures from me to make a collage and frame it, balloons that said ‘bride to be’ and much more.     It was a great experience. The hotel has magnificent facilities, and the breakfast was an indescribable luxury! The kindness and attentiveness of the staff, particularly Pablo, the Guest Relations Manager, are worth mentioning.

Negatives: • Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. This made the room uncomfortably warm, especially at night, and affected our sleep quality. • Arboretum can get very busy on weekends and after 10am, so early breakfast is advised to avoid long queues. Overall: A luxurious stay with beautiful views and top-tier dining, slightly marred by the A/C issue. Would recommend with a note to ensure room cooling is working on arrival. Read less
