We are a family of four, travelled from England to RAK, this is our second time to the area and first time to WA.
Our stay was amazing, we absolutely loved everything, mainly down to the incredible service by every member of staff we came into contact with. All incredibly attentive and trained to a high standard. Head of staff should be very proud as everyone does you proud every shift they work. From the lovely guy who took us to the club house at the main entrance the attentive pool staff working in high temperatures but never once faulted.
We loved the attention to detail in our rooms, we had interconnecting rooms as travelling with two teens, the pull out sofa is no longer an option. The rooms were incredibly spacious and luxurious, our room gifts were all welcomed and appreciated ☺️
The cleaning staff were incredible attentive and maintained our rooms to a high standard each day. We especially appreciated the nightly turn down service 🥰 thank you too Guru, Bishal, Prasad, Sooraj and Suman.
The restaurant team also exceptional, from the waiting staff to the high standard of food services every meal time. The buffet was never a chore, which after 2 weeks has never been known for us. The food is of high standard, flavoured well and of good choice.
We would like to give thanks to everyone who made our holiday experience as wonderful as it was, we look forward to visiting again. And would highly recommend the hotel, especially to families.
