    Initial issue at check in even though we’d paid and booked through travel company. House keeping was poor and had to be chased up numerous occasions to get room serviced. We spoke with Andrew and told him we were in the city to celebrate and explained how rough the trip was. He upgraded our room and was extremely helpful. Bar is well priced with good range of food and drink and breakfast menu is great and cheap (although don't order extra home fries all the breakfasts come with them!!). Room was clean but compact with a great double shower and good toiletries for free. Pool area was ideal for a relaxing morning/evening and had a good buzz with lots of people enjoying a drink.
