Las Vegas excels at delivering the impossible in wonderful ways. Where else can you touch down in the Mojave desert and, within 15 minutes, find yourself being serenaded on a gondola ride to St Mark’s Square? A magnificent greatest hits of Venice’s architecture and canals located in the middle of The Strip, the all-suite Venetian is probably the most romantic hotel in Vegas, so let yourself be seduced. Wonder how you ever managed to stay in anything smaller than a suite before, enjoy a meal from one of the Michelin-starred restaurants, walk hand in hand down the Grand Canal shopping esplanade or party the night away in one of the many bars and nightclubs.

We booked 3 nights at the Venetian after many years since our last visit. We regularly stay at Cosmo due to Bonvoy status but decided to try Venetian again. We were so disappointed, from check in to post check out we felt like such an unvalued guest. In all our previous stays, we were always in the North tower. We didn’t even realize this stay was in the South tower until we were searching for the elevator to take. Pro tip: don’t stay in the South tower unless you want to spend most of your time taking multiple elevators to get to your room. We had zero housekeeping during our entire stay. Even upon leaving for the day, I advised housekeeping who was just outside the room that we are leaving and the room is free, we still came back to a unrefreshed room and no new towels. Upon check out, I was provided a guest survey which I provided both positive and critical feedback. Their reply was no more than a canned response. I just expected a 5* hotel to provide 5* service regardless of the size of the property. (Please don’t reply and provide a canned response.) Read less

We had a wonderful experience at the Venetian. Jaime, the Front Desk Agent, took extra care to ensure we had a smooth check in process. He was super friendly and accommodating and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay.

My daughter and I had massages at the Canyon Ranch Spa and it was the WORST spa experience of my life! It was extremely crowded and loud. They didn't have enough seats or sandals for everyone- we walked around barefoot which was unsanitary and unsafe. We couldn't even use any of the amenities like the jacuzzi, loungers, steam room, etc... because they were all full with lines waiting to get in. We were in separate rooms for our massages and both could hear people laughing and talking and BOTH of our massage therapist talked the ENTIRE massage. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE OPPOSITE OF RELAXING! Just being in this crowded loud chaotic space caused great angst. I have NEVER been so disappointed in a spa treatment and especially in Las Vegas. They way overbook and underserve. AVOID THIS SPA!!
