    The staff was great and wiling to help. I recommend Decameron to all my friends. I had a great time. The entertainment was well put together and fun.

    Property is fantastic Staff is very friendly Entertainment was great Rooms were clean - Our room when we checked in was not great Sheets were not clean But Natalee (Guest Services made sure we were taking care of moved my family to a different room. Fantastic service I give her 5 stars.

    I had a great experience. However a few things were noticed. 1. Some of the staff on the grounds and food staff are not courteous. 2. My room had no housekeeping services during the time. The time they came was the day of our check out time. 3. A different variety of food options are needed. 4. Some of the buffet items are inaccessible and we had to stand there until someone got to us or noticed we wanted something and sometimes there are no staff members to assist with the inaccessible items. 5. I think some renovations or inspections may be required for some of the rooms as the shower barely had any heated water and the toilet was so low. 6. There were no rags in both my room and my parents room and no towels after room service in my parents room only. 7. The towels or the materials used for the towels are so callous. Read less
