Then there was Monica, in Entrrtainment! She spent time with us, discussing all of the activities on the property. She even played a guessing game with us with some facts about nature and we learned something new with each question. We really enjoyed the time we spent with her. Jimena and Martina in sales were great. They helped us (and our friends) upgrade our UVC package and were very accommodating to our needs, not to mention very patient in allowing us to think on the decision that worked best for us. There are so many others to mention, but I can't remember everyone's names. This was our second time at this resort in 3 months, so needless to say, we love it there! If you visit, be sure to go Preferred so you can hang out at the rooftop pool area. It's amazing and the views are stunning!!
