It was my birthday while we were here and Faizal at the executive pool brought the whole team over to sing to me and present me with a beautiful chocolate cake and celebratory drinks, I felt truly spoilt.
Our housekeeping team- Faysal, Sujan and Sajina kept our villa immaculate throughout our stay and were always so friendly and accommodating.
Michael, our butler cared for our every need. He arranged immediate buggy services whenever we needed them. We had the most amazing service for breakfasts, afternoon tea’s and sundowners drinks in our villa, I can’t even put into words how blown away we were every day with the service and treats we received.
Michael was so personable and great to chat with as well as being very informative and helpful with reservations we wanted. There is so much more I want to say about the Jumeriah beach hotel, I could go on and on. First time at Jumeirah Beach Hotel - WOW! Absolutely fantastic - can't fault the experience. We upgraded to the Ocean Club which I would highly recommend and we stayed half board. We had an Ocean View room on the 12th floor with the most amazing view of the Burj Al Arab. The Sunset Lounge was fab watching the sunset over the Arabian Gulf with complementary drinks. The level of customer service was outstanding whether that be restaurant, housekeeping or pool/beach staff - they can't do enough for you. They work incredible hard to maintain such high levels of customer service. A special mention goes to Miyad who really looked after us at breakfast and in the Sunset Lounge, Nobi and Atik with keeping our two rooms immaculate and the pool/beach staff - Hakim, Shakil, Maria and Abdusalam who all helped when I accidently dropped my wedding ring in the sand. The team very quickly came to assist and delicately raked through the beautifully soft golden sand to locate my ring. It's the front of house staff that make these experiences so special! The whole resort is outstanding and the standards are impeccable. I would absolutely return to this resort in the future.
