    Bay View Suites are located on floors 10-12 and feature spectacular bay views, a large bedroom with a king bed, a separate living area with expansive windows, and a bathroom with glass-enclosed shower. 

    Executive Suites feature a king bed and full bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, and a separate living area with sleeper sofa, full bathroom with bathtub, expansive windows, and a mini-refrigerator. 

    Casita Suites are two-story, loft style villas with a king bed and full bathroom upstairs, and a sleeper sofa, half bath, patio and separate dining and wet bar area (with mini fridge and microwave) downstairs. 

    The Grand Residence is a two story loft-style villa with a king bed and full bathroom upstairs, and a full kitchen, separate dining space, sleeper sofa, large patio and bedroom with two double beds and full bathroom downstairs.

    Self-parking $18 per day, Valet parking $30 per day, both plus tax per day (payable locally, subject to change)

    The property is very nice and beautiful. The pool is outside. Staff is very professional and friendly. Housekeeping is very responsive and friendly.

    We had a great experience at the Grand in Tampa. Excellent service and wonderful amenities. We were in town for a Rays baseball game and the Grand was located close by.

    The room had an amazing view that was so relaxing. We had amazing sunsets. The Osterchatcher had great happy hour and great dinners.
