It's all about the location at this large ‘Disney Good Neighbour’ hotel, which is just a 15-20 minute stroll to Disneyland Resort and Downtown Disney. If you want to save your energy though you can jump on the shuttle that picks up and drops off right outside the hotel. Fancy a day off from the parks? There’s a large outdoor family-friendly pool and a water play area. Win-win. And after dinner, why not head to Mix Lounge, for a signature cocktail or glass of something from the extensive wine list.

**I never leave reviews much less bad ones but this experience was so bad I felt compelled to leave one. As a friends and family Hilton honors member, this was my first stay at this property. I visit Disneyland several times a year and have stayed at many properties around the resort. I like to challenge myself to new experiences as a solo traveler. I was looking forward to this stay as it was newly renovated. Unfortunately, it’s the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton property thus far. Upon check in, the woman who checked me in is either just an unfriendly person in general or was having a bad day - either way she was not welcoming in the least. I had never been there before so I wasn’t sure about parking or where to go and she acted bothered just telling me to pull around to the garage. I was already tired from a road trip when I arrived and had anxiety about the new experience. So her attitude just made me feel horrible. I am autistic and traveling solo so I was already overwhelmed with the first time experience and dealing with her as the first point of contact was terribly disappointing. So I left the front desk not feeling welcome and confused as to where I was going. Alas, I figured out how to get to the parking garage where the key I was given to get in didn’t work. No one was there to assist. So I had to punch the button for a ticket to get in that warned not to do as a guest as there as there would be a double charge. I’d deal with the it later because I was over it at this point. I parked as close to the elevators as possible because I was carrying a lot of bags and then realized they only take you to the lobby. Then you have to find another set of elevators to the rooms. Again, wasn’t explained to me. Not sure if they had carts to push all your belongings upstairs but I didn’t see any. So that was confusing. But it’s fine. I’m strong and am used to carrying a lot. The room was nice however humid. And the AC wouldn’t go lower than 68 so the temperature wasn’t that comfortable for me. But I made do. Normally I’m given waters at check in as an honors member but wasn’t this time. Which was fine because I brought my own cooler full of drinks and waters and snacks so I didn’t need them. However after checking out and looking at my receipt, I discovered I was charged $10 for a bottle of water I was never given or received. Check your receipts!! When I attempted to call Hilton about removing the charge I was on hold for over an hour and never got through to a person. Finally I used the chat feature and was told I’d receive a refund which I have yet to receive. It should also be noted I was approached by a Hilton vacation club member that actually stepped in front of me and stopped me in my tracks as I was walking to check out. Although I didn’t realize who it was as he was tricky in his approach asking if I was checking out and said he’d help me. He had an iPad and pulled up my info so I thought he was gonna check me out. He then wasted the next few minutes of my time trying to sell me on a vacation when all I wanted to do was check out and get the heck out of there. He was very pushy and didn’t want to take no for an answer. I felt like I had to be rude just to get away from him. That wasn’t cool. The only nice staff I encountered were the valet guys out front who always greeted me with a smile and a friendly attitude when I was coming and going by rideshare. A+ to those guys. Overall, the experience was truly disappointing. I have another Disney trip planned for next month (as an AP holder I’m there a lot) and cancelled my reservation here. I won’t be back. Way too much hassle. I did not feel welcome here much less appreciated or treated well. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Do better Hilton Anaheim. Read less

Pillows were ok, very soft but didn’t kept their shape after a while. The biggest problem was the windows. Apparently if sun hits the window it makes a sounds like tapping ( I was on the 8th floor) and at night it’s still tapping. It was hard to sleep in the beginning. All and all the food was amazing and the Starbucks crew are awesome as well. Read less

Had a fun time. Showed up for a convention right in front of the hotel and with Disney right behind had to take advantage of the stay. Hotel staff was fun and welcoming, especially Zeb from Hilton Grand Vacations!
