    Excellent family hotel. Great breakfast and pool area. Very good customer service. My kids are 12 and 10 and both loved the hotel - food and pool.

    I recently stayed at Hyatt centric Delfino hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised. The room was much smaller than shown online and lacked proper cleanliness.     I recently stayed at Hyatt centric Delfino hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised. The room was much smaller than shown online and lacked proper cleanliness. The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. The room’s location was poor, facing a residential building and pool, which ruined any privacy. The pool itself was tiny compared to the pictures. Despite the listing stating that private parking was included, I was charged an extra $60 upon arrival, which was never mentioned before booking. Most frustratingly, the hotel lost my car key and did not inform me. When I tried to leave in the evening, I was left waiting over an hour at the reception without any explanation. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel and advise future guests to be cautious. Read less

    Great location. Walking distance to Santa Monica Pier, the beach and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff, and comfy beds.
