    One Bedroom Senior Suite rooms feature a spacious living room that is separate to the bedroom, with views of Palm Jumeirah.     This was our second stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai, and we’re already planning our next visit — it’s that good! From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. Every single member of staff is super attentive, genuinely friendly, and makes you feel like an individual rather than just another guest. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is on another level — fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious every time. The ultra all-inclusive package is outstanding, with premium international beers flowing freely and a fantastic selection of high-end spirits. Sure, Grey Goose isn’t included, but hey… I’m no vodka snob! The location is perfect — peaceful yet close enough to everything you’d want to explore. We always opt for the 3-bedroom suite, which feels like your own private apartment — incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The fact that a private cabana is included with the suite is the cherry on top, adding that extra touch of luxury. Rixos The Palm isn’t just a hotel; it’s an experience that keeps calling you back.     Incredible service and food. So accommodating. The steak is the best we’ve ever eaten. The steak tartar is an absolute must. Even the kids loved it! If you’re staying at Rixos you have to visit the Toro Loco restaurant for an intimate luxurious dining experience

    Aija and DJ at the bar were fantastic hosts and always looked after you. Saying that, every single person at the Rixos couldn't do enough for you from the reception staff, cleaners, and pool waiters. I have never been so looked after. Will definitely be back in the near future.

    One afternoon, while only my teenage sons were in our hotel room, a male staff member knocked on the door. The room had already been cleaned earlier by a lady that day, so this was unexpected. Through the peephole, my sons saw him holding a towel. Without introducing himself, he walked in, placed the towel on the sofa, and then asked to see my son’s phone. My son — unsure how to respond — handed it over, and the man scanned a QR code to write himself a 5-star review. I was on a call with my son at the time and heard the entire exchange. It was clear the towel was just a pretext to get them to answer the door. I’m certain he would not have done this if my husband had been present. We saw him a couple of other times during our stay and noticed him giving my sons strange looks. He even told them what to write in the review, claiming it would give him “more money and power,” which was both absurd and unprofessional. His name began with “R or “M” though we cannot recall the full name. This behaviour was completely inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable. It’s such a shame, because aside from this one individual, the hotel itself was lovely, the food excellent, and the rest of the staff truly wonderful. Without this incident, this would have been a 5-star review. Read less
