We stayed on the 2nd floor of the newly constructed Alpine wing. Our balcony faced Connaught Drive and the railway tracks, but offered beautiful views of the mountains. The room was very comfortable and the kitchenette had everything needed to prepare your own meals (including a small dishwasher) The large washroom included a wonderful full size stand-up shower that was a great counterpoint to the wet and cold weather we experienced. The food options were pricey (standard for Jasper), and the food was fine (nothing really special). However, other than the scenery, where this hotel really shines is the customer service! Every employee interaction we had (front desk, house keeping, servers) was excellent. From the warm greerting we received when we arrived, to "thanks for visiting, we'll look forward to seeing you again" when we checked out, we felt welcomed, appreciated, respected and valued throughout our stay.

Not worth the price you pay

Rooms are very dingy and dark. Shower never worked, fridge had a build up of ice so it never kept anything cold, they offered us 10% off at checkout, now as I read the reviews you offer that 10% off a lot. That should tell you something is not right. Read your reviews and do something, don’t just reply and say sorry hope you come back again.
I would stay here again

Overall my experience was good. I found the hotel standard queen bed a bit smaller so I upgraded to a king in the newer part and it was better. I would stay here again and I know which room I will book. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ev charging for non tesla was great 👍
Excellent stay!

A great stay at Forest Park Hotel. A great location (a short walk into town which was useful after a day's skiing!) and some fabulous places to eat nearby. Hotel friendly and new accommodation was excellent. Comfortable, stylish, clean and well appointed. Would 100% recommend for a stay in Jasper particularly for families.
Jasper was amazing! So were the new room renovations!!!

It was great to be back in Jasper to see the beauty of the mountains and also see the town full of people enjoying themselves.
We spent our time at Forest Park Hotel (formerly The Sawridge). I couldn’t believe how nice the new renovations were in the Alpine Wing! I can’t wait to see the rest of the hotel once it’s done later this year!
