Afterwards, recline in the whirlpool or, if you’ve still energy to spare, perhaps a game of tennis or squash may tempt you. There are plenty of restaurants close by but highly recommended are both the hotel’s eateries. The Mizzen serves exquisite à la carte dishes alongside a very tempting buffet to start your day, and when evening comes around why not try the incredible cuisine of Michelin Star chefs Ernesto & Alfonso at Don Alfonso 1890. “Quiet nice, but I expected a little more for the price”

The location and view were excellent. All major attractions are within walking distance. The Path and streetcar station are nextby. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very good breakfast buffet with a wide selection and variety. Beds are large and comfortable. Very clean. Big rooms. The elevator situation was very poor. Often, only a few elevators were running, which were sometimes overloaded. Once, we even had to walk all the way down from the 23rd floor because no elevator came for more than 15 minutes. The air conditioning in the room could be better: it was very loud and not very effective. At check-out, the hotel charged an additional FIFA fee on top of the booked price, which has been set by the government since July 2025.

“Awful noisy hotel”

This was one of the most soulless noisy hotel we've ever stayed in. The entrance also served as the dining area. It was unbelievabley noisy with several tvs on different channel's. Our room overlooked the tennis court and lots of high rise buildings. The bathroom had handels everywhere but wasn't suitable for a dissabled person as it had a bath. We're not disabled so didn't need these facilities . The tiny bottle of body cream wasn't replaced. As a tea drinker it was almost impossible to have a cup of tea, it only caterers for coffee drinkers. Lots of information about wellness but nothing in the room about the hotel facilities at all.Only found out now by looking on-line Might suit Canadians but not these two Brits.

First time at this property, and was glad i made that choice. Check-in was fast friendly and helpful. The view from our room over the water was nice. The pool area was very nice, and outside sitting area was nice as well. Room was clean, comfortable. I will be back!
