Located in the Montego Bay area, close to Falmouth, the capital of Trelawny. Transfer time from airport: 30 minutes.

Hotel information

444 rooms. All with smart TV with International channels, complimentary mini-bar (restocked daily with water, soft drinks and beer), coffee machine, steam iron and safe. Fully equipped bathrooms with whirlpool, rain effect shower, double wash basin, hairdryer, scales and magnifying mirror.   

Junior Suites feature a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a private terrace, sleeping maximum 4 people. Available with garden views, pool views, or ocean views.

All Inclusive includes: all meals, national and International drinks, cocktails and snacks (some dishes and wines at the restaurants are subject to an additional fee).

Junior Suite Swim Up rooms feature a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with whirlpool, as well as direct access to the pool. Sleeping maximum 3 people.

The resort owes us nothing the entertainment was top tier my girl cc did her thing she rocked the pool party and the daytime activities!

They both set up anniversary party, dinner at Steak House and show at Senses. We were entertained through songs and great conversations. The flights there and back were fine, but I wasn't crazy about the food that was provided. I had a problem at the Hotel with the key card, and the lock on the door, which took 3 Hours to resolve, and I ended up missing a family dinner that was planned for my Dad's birthday. The flights there and back were fine, but I wasn't crazy about the food that was provided. I had a problem at the Hotel with the key card, and the lock on the door, which took 3 Hours to resolve, and I ended up missing a family dinner that was planned for my Dad's birthday. My family left the restaurant because I wasn't there, and met me at reception. I have to admit, the manager who was on shift at the time, handled my complaint well - he offered to move me to a better room the next day, if I felt it was necassary. In the end I didn't, because I liked my room. Side note: The queen size bed, and view in the morning from the balcony is amazing. He rebooked the dinner, so that we could all eat as a family for later on in the evening, and organised a cake to be brought for my Dad too. However, the manager informed the travel rep (Andre) of the situation, who made sure that anything I needed for the rest of the trip was taken care of. I have to say, although there were a few hiccups, overall, the trip was good. The food, sun, sea, pool (entertainment was funny) and spending time with the family. It was needed. Read less
