There are even bath salts in the room and a BOSE sound system so you can have an evening soak to your own soundtrack. The standout feature of the hotel is the culinary options, with 5 bars and restaurants to choose from and a range of tastes to try. Jyran offers glorious tandoori tastes in a colourful restaurant, before you retire to the bar with it’s impressive wine tower. Upgrading to a club room or suite will get you access to the Executive lounge with it’s complimentary afternoon tea and cocktail hours, a lovely added bonus to complete your stay.

I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Mr. Ajinkya, the manager on duty at Sofitel BKC, and his graciousness truly set the tone for my stay. Despite arriving earlier than the standard check-in time, he not only accommodated my early arrival but also surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade—an unexpected touch of luxury that I deeply appreciated. What stood out most was his attentiveness. After noticing me waiting in line at reception, he personally invited me to sit at his desk, turning a routine check-in into a moment of genuine hospitality. His calm demeanor, professionalism, and kindness made me feel instantly at ease. Sofitel BKC is known for its elegance, but it’s team members like Mr. Ajinkya who elevate the experience from refined to truly memorable. Thank you for making my arrival seamless and special.

Sofitel Mumbai BKC is truly a luxurious retreat with elegant rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Its fitness center is well-equipped and perfect for staying active during a busy day. Trainer Ravi is knowledgeable and supportive, giving great advice on exercise form and diet that helped me improve both safely and effectively. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for comfort, wellness, and relaxation.

Visited it a couple of years ago on my birthday in 2022. They sent us a complementary cake from artisan .1 extra star for this else would rate it as a 3 star. The room which was given was just opposite to the place where garbage bags were kept which was not a good experience. The reception staff also lacked hospitality. They should learn from taj / Oberoi. He mentioned all rooms are full and didn’t change the room. It was an average experience. Only good thing was the lavish and one of the best breakfast I had. They had all sorts of ice creams even in breakfast which really made my day.Restaurant/Housekeeping staff was good.Overall not worth the heavy price paid.
