The Breakers Palm Beach is something out of a movie. The long driveway had my grandkids saying whoa!! Such amazing service, at every point. The pool areas are excellent. Quiet for those that need quiet, and fun exciting for the kids and everything in between. We enjoyed dining at several of their restaurants and had the best time shopping with the variety of shops inside the hotel. We are coming back in June. The best resort stay in Florida! Can't wait to go back! Read less

So, we wanted to take our mother and wives somewhere special for Mother's Day this year and we decided upon The Breakers of Palm Beach. We took our families there in the past and we were excited to take them this year. Their prices had gone up exponentially from previous years, but we understood due to inflation, etc. $300 per person that included gratuity. There were 12 of us. The ambiance was beautiful, right next to the ocean in a beautiful ball room. It was perfect UNTIL we explored the buffet. The buffet was in the adjacent room, and it was an EMBARRASSMENT! There were 3 stations set up, the middle being breakfast and the two outers were lunch. I could only imagine that the buffet at The Golden Corale would have been a better choice. For seafood, the options were shrimp cocktail and what I could only imagine lobster tails. The tails were approximately 4" in length and were apparently left out too long, because they were cold and looked dried up. For breakfast there was an omelet station, which was nice, but there was no choice of bagels, toast, only croissants, which were delicious. No lox, cream cheese, but they did have eggs benedict, but the hollandaise sauce was dried out. The reason that I am writing this review is not because of the lack of variety, but because the quality was subpar at best. Needless to say, 4 of my family got food poising from the buffet, me being one of them. I could not work yesterday because I was throwing up all day, and the same went for my daughter and two other family members. I preceded to call The Breakers yesterday and spoke to a Michelle, who was the manager of The Circle, which is another dining area, and she said that she would relay the message. Here we are one full day later and no one has reached out to see how we are feeling, NO RESPONSE at all. As stated previously, the quality has gone down substantially but the pricing went up. Not to mention, we had reservations at 1:30pm and we were wondering why the place was empty, I now know why. Just wish we would have saved the $3600 and went somewhere we would have not had such a terrible experience, especially for such a special occasion. Funny enough, while we were at the valet, our sediments were shared by other families who experienced the same abomination. So, in closing, I would NOT recommend The Breakers Palm Beach for any occasion (dining) very poor-quality control and even worse customer satisfaction!! Read less

The continual reinvestment jn this property is evident. The hotel CEO noted it’s hard to catch up on maintenance once a property has fallen behind. If only others could emulate the manner in which this hotel is maintained. Everything is beautiful.

We spent 4 nights. The hotel is expensive but in exchange offers a relaxing environment. We used a double queen room, the interior is a bit old school. The staff is super helpful, there is enough people for taking care all your wishes. There were 3 minor negatives, but overall it was a very nice experience, i recommend this hotel. Image of the Tripadvisor rating Check you car before leaving the Breakers!

The valet dented my door on my new car. I reached out to them and their policy is once you leave the property they’re not responsible anymore. The lady spoke to me as she was a manager at a 7/11 and not a 5 star hotel. I’m a local and this happens at the Breakers all the time. Check your car before leaving!
