Honest Staff That Took the Initiative!

I’m a Southwest pilot and stayed here on an overnight. I accidentally left my wallet in the Blufin Restaurant during breakfast and went for an hour-long walk shortly after.
When I arrived back to my room, I had a message waiting from the front desk saying they had my wallet.
I’m very thankful they took the initiative to return my valuables to me!

Loved the location. It was close to the mall and the restaurants we wanted to try. The front desk was helpful but my husband and I were thrilled with James, the driver. He was able to get us a reservation at Bern’s Steakhouse the very first night we were there. He went above and beyond. Will stay here again. Danielle

Chelsee Kim was great! Easy check in. Awesome service. Everything is clean, good views good signage spacious rooms. Parking was easy to navigate multiple food options. Very satisfied with the overall stay would recommend coming back here for a business trip.

This was, by far, the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had. I booked my stay through Expedia in September, and after checking out, I noticed an unexpected charge of $322.50 on my credit card. After multiple phone calls and over 20 hours spent trying to resolve the issue, I was finally told that this charge was for a "smoking fee."
To be clear, I’ve never smoked in my life, and I stayed at the hotel for just one night with my 10-year-old daughter while we were in town for a soccer tournament. The hotel claimed that smoking occurred during my stay, providing specific timestamps—however, I wasn’t even in my room at the time of the alleged incident. I have restaurant receipts and text messages that show I was away from the hotel during those hours. I’ve also requested surveillance footage to support my case.
Despite my efforts, including trying to reach the General Manager for over three weeks, I’ve received no resolution. It’s been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, and I feel that my concerns have been completely ignored.
I’ve never encountered anything like this before and would never consider staying at this hotel again. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
