If I could give a negative 10,000,000 stars I would, and that's being generous. Made a reservation for 2 nights, but our flight was delayed due to a tropical storm. Called twice to advise we wouldn't be arriving until the 2nd night and was reassured that our room would be waiting for us, yeah right. We get to the hotel and a very nice young man named Julian was working the front desk alone, bless his heart. We had literally 60 people in front of us because he had no help, it was like a real-life game of Hotel Hell. He called for help but after 2 hours of waiting in line someone finally came for their shift and then Julian left, probably to go cry in a corner. I totally commend him for his composure, professionalism & not buckling under pressure. The people in front of us got room 933 and immediately came down complaining of mold, because that's not a red flag or anything. We got our room (1033) and I had a gut feeling it wasn't going to be good, understatement of the year. Oh we were right!! As we were going to our room we notice a bullet hole in a hallway wall, because that's just a normal thing to see in what's supposed to be a nice hotel, and some other ladies who were also in the long line were standing outside their room waiting for security because someone was inside their room, just another day at the office. We get to our room and instantly hit with MOLD!! The beds were tiny and in no way a queen bed, more like a dollhouse bed. We are traveling with 2 teenage boys, who were just thrilled to be sleeping in a moldy room. Went to unfold the chair so one could sleep on the pull out and found no mattress, because who needs a mattress anyway? Black mold was inside the vents and on the ceiling, water will not shut off in the bathroom...... people in the line downstairs were literally being given rooms that were dirty. They were given sheets to make their own bed and towels to change out, because that's not a health hazard or anything. This was by far the worst stay we've ever had in our lives, and that's saying a lot considering I've stayed in a motel on Colfax Avenue in Denver back in my military days in the 90's, which was probably a step up from this place.
After 3.5 hours we're finally in our gross room trying to get some sleep. The alternative is sleeping on the couches downstairs in the lobby with the elderly people camped out.
Stay away!!!!!
