Another great stay! Check in was smooth and staff very nice. Was given a room on the ground floor, pool facing in block B. Room clean and as described on booking. Towels, coffee machine, fridge and microwave provided in room. Room was cleaned daily and towels replaced. Some wear and tear of the carpet but nothing that spoilt the holiday. Could hear noise from the pool area as expected but this didnt cause any issue, as staff cleared the pools by 2200. Pool area was clean and well maintained, and pool towels provided. We had breakfast included for our 7 day stay. Served from 0630-1030 everyday, there was a good selection of food on offer and juice and coffee available. Saved a small fortune on eating else where at breakfast. We also had some food from Lite bites one evening as we were tired. The pizza was good, and kids said burgers were good too. Transport to universal requires booking the day before foe the earliest shuttle could sometime get on the later bus. We decided to uber there most mornings at around $6. Local area has loads of food options within a few min walk, and there is a CVS and Walgreen a short walk away. Would be definitely stay again. Read less

This is a reasonably priced hotel in an excellent location on International Drive within walking distance of several restaurants and entertainment venues and a short drive to Universal and Sea World. Ths is a very large property with several buildings and plenty of free parking (which is a plus.) The staff is quite friendly. However, the hotel feels dated. The rooms, while spacious, need upgrading with respect to furniture and layout. While the lobby/checkin area is quite nice, the other common areas and elevator make you feel like you are in a cheap motel. Ths is a very large property with several buildings and plenty of free parking. While the beds were comfortable, the bathroom area needed better cleaning/upgrading, especially the showevr curtain. We were in the buidling adjacent to the lobby which was right by the pool, restaurant, coffe shop and convenience store (which has also has coffee and snacks). If you find the convenience store prices a little high, don't fret as there is a CVS right next door. We had breakfast which was brilliant with lots of choice and lots of it. The staff at breakfast are friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a great position on IDrive. Ample parking and the rooms are a good size with plenty of storage. Bed very comfortable too. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if back in Orlando.
