We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hard Rock Orlando, having only stayed at other sister properties in past years this was to be a real treat. I will say the rooms are absolutely brilliant, large & comfortable with all modern amenities having recently completed an upgrade. The staff were also really friendly in assisting us. We didn't use any facilities and chose to spend most of our time in the parks, however we did wander around and thought they were brilliant. My only one gripe is that the bathroom door was difficult to close between the toilet & shower - a downfall I guess of the renovation but it was only a minor gripe and we otherwise had an amazing time. The only reason I couldn't rate it a 5 star, is that I have stayed at 5 star properties and it is not as luxurious - but it is as wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

“Only worth it for the express passes, a very basic hotel otherwise”

Totally overrated hotel, extortionate for a very basic, tired and tatty hotel. We stayed at club level but still no styling, view of a car park and a mouldy roof. Fair enough you get an express pass, but that’s about it. Food ok but all quite bland. I thought this would be a lively fun hotel but it was just dark in the lobby in the evenings and just a few people sat round a poorly lit pool. On a positive, the staff were all friendly and helpful.

“Club Level is not worth it!”

I just checked out today at HardRock and was under the impression that Club Level would be available all day. When I tried to use my room key after waiting 3 hours for the Club-level 5-7pm to open, my room key would not work for level 7. Visited front desk where they explained CL was not available after check out. Mind you this was after the front desk told me it would be available all day that morning. I asked them to make an exception for me and was told no. I will not be visiting HR again which is sad after many family stays. Very poor customer service all around with this stay.
