We truly enjoyed the whole experience—from the excellent customer service to every detail. The amenities, the food, the convenience, the location, and the overall concept were all outstanding. We especially loved the Fast Pass, and the fact that the room key could be used for everything—purchases in the parks, food, and even having merchandise delivered directly to our room—that was amazing! The transportation to Epic Park was seamless, and we loved it. This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again, you exceeded our expectations. Well done!

The drive through the gates is your first glimpse of what will be a memorable experience The hotel entrance and checkin area is mind blowing, as this sets the music scene of the hotel Rooms We stayed in a standard room that was spacious and immaculate. We had maid service daily which is a great touch Pool area Is excellent and great for families DJ on daily that give the pool a great atmosphere Pool Bar Great drinks and food Velvet Bar Great bar with live music Big shout out to the girls serving Kitchen Restaurant Excellent choice of food and great service We loved the whole experience Walking the hotel looking at all the memorabilia is great, especially backed up with the music Our new favourite hotel

This was our 4th visit to the Hard Rock Hotel Orlando, and it never disappoints! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk or boat ride to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The early park access is a huge bonus and makes a big difference, especially for popular rides. The hotel itself has a fun, energetic vibe with top-notch service. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing after a day in the parks. Staff are always friendly and helpful, making each stay feel special. We keep coming back for a reason — can’t recommend it enough for anyone planning a Universal vacation!
