My husband and I spent a night at Disney’s Swan Reserve, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Mackai made us feel welcome—warm, hospitable, and incredibly helpful. We were thrilled that our room was ready by noon, a rare and appreciated surprise! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was clean, crisp, and spacious—perfect for the two of us. We especially loved the thoughtful bathroom layout: a half bath with a sink and toilet separated from the main bath, which featured an additional sink and shower. It made getting ready so much easier. While we didn’t have time to fully enjoy the pool, restaurants, bars, or fitness center, we took a quick look around—and everything looked top-notch for future visits. The location is ideal for exploring EPCOT and Hollywood Studios—we loved not having to use our car at all. We’ll absolutely stay here again and are already recommending the Swan Reserve to friends, family, and clients. Read less

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite at the Swan Reserve and I found it incredibly functional and thoughtfully designed. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in tons of natural light, and we happened to have a view of the pool, Tower of Terror (my kids’ favorite ride!), and even Everest in the distance. The layout of the room is great—each space is compartmentalized in a way that allows for privacy and quiet, while still feeling connected. I could enjoy a bright, open master room with windows and lights on, while my kids rested in a completely darkened space next door, thanks to the separate room with its own TV and thermostat. There are lots of thoughtful touches: plenty of USB and USB-C outlets, three TVs (which might be overkill, but nice to have), and a microwave, which came in handy. The bathroom setup is modern and well-lit with a dual sink/toilet layout—great for families needing a bit more separation in the morning. Tons of closet space and drawers too. I had a robe but no slippers—small detail, but worth noting. As a Marriott Platinum Elite, I received breakfast vouchers, which were slightly confusing at first but ended up being very convenient. They could be applied to room service, and I was told they covered up to $30 per voucher. This worked well for me and my two kids—even though we likely went over a bit with delivery fees, it was still worth it. One morning, there was some miscommunication about how the voucher worked, but the staff kindly adjusted $30 off my bill, which I appreciated. We didn’t use the pool, but our view overlooked it. It looked clean and relaxing, and the cabanas looked really nice. The pool is on the smaller side, so I imagine many families head next door to the larger pools at the Swan or Dolphin. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent—we only received turndown service the first two of our four nights, which felt odd. Also, the complimentary bottled water varied daily (some days one, others three), and room service didn’t automatically bring water with meals, so we ended up ordering it separately. That said, we made good use of room service each evening—desserts and wine for mom became a little nightly tradition. I loved having that option, especially since not all Disney properties offer room service, even at higher price points. While I didn’t receive a complimentary upgrade, I used a Rewards-based upgrade which was just fine. The staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay. And of course, the location is a major highlight—being able to walk to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios is a huge perk and made park days much easier. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be back. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Poor service by front desk and Concierge

The front desk and concierge service were poor. I had two negative experiences. Second one when I left my wallet at my room I… Read more

Second one when I left my wallet at my room I when to the (concierge since nobody was at the front desk) with my digital ID and the person asked me for my cell phone to see my bonvoy account and then preached me that this was the last time they were issuing a new card. And finally at the front desk on the final day; the front desk could not do a print out of my account in 10 minutes. Terrible service at the front desk and concierge. Rooms were simply ok and the service at the restaurant was very good. So an average rating is fair Read less

We got a nice upgrade to a suite (I am Ambassador level), and were invited to watch July 4th fireworks (and Saturday the 5th as well) at the Vue room on the top floor of the hotel. They had a great layout of snacks and drinks and games to play there. The room was well appointed with plenty of outlets, nice amenities, and was very quiet, which was especially pleasantly surprising for a hotel on Disney property with lots of families with young children. The hotel is only a few years old (I think four), so design is just better than most other hotels on or off Disney property. Service was excellent, including turndown service a couple of nights. When we needed something from housekeeping and called for it, it came quickly and with plenty to spare. Staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant is excellent. The buffet (continental or full) is perfect, and the a la carte items are also great. Gym was nice and had plenty of equipment and space. Kerry the GM went truly above and beyond to help when we had something to discuss with her, and her enthusiasm for the property shines through with her and the whole staff. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, and it will be our go-to hotel for Disney World for years to come. Read less

Robert at the valet was not only friendly but even remembered us from a previous stay at the Dolphin—such a nice personal touch. Frankie at the front desk was knowledgeable and welcoming, and we were thrilled to receive a platinum upgrade to a spacious two-room suite. A special shoutout to Kerry Davis, the assistant manager, who truly went above and beyond. On the Fourth of July, the hotel hosted a private VIP fireworks viewing from VUE on the 15th floor. Since my daughter has some sensory sensitivities, Kerry was kind enough to give us a private tour earlier in the day so she could feel comfortable in the space. That level of care meant so much to our family. We can’t wait to return for our monthly Disney weekends! Read less
