“The Swan Reserve is a Standout Marriott Property”

While I’d read great things about the Swan Reserve I had no idea just how amazing it is. I’ve stayed at lots of nice Marriott properties from St. Regis, EDITION, Ritz Carlton and all the others, but the Swan Reserve is one of the nicest Marriott properties I’ve ever been to. First of all, everything is immaculate and well cared for and well maintained. The common areas shine as do all of the staff. I’m Titanium Elite and my NUAs cleared for a three-night stay and I was very impressed with my Epcot view king suite. With a full king bedroom plus a living room, dining room and a large bathroom with glass shower, everything was spot on. I opted for breakfast vouchers which were much for valuable to me than the points (which I normally opt for). More about the vouchers below. The restaurant, Amare where breakfast is hosted was excellent. The staff really shines here — every one of them! My server on the first day did an outstanding job explaining the elite breakfast voucher. The voucher has a $30 value which covers continental (cold items plus oatmeal) on the buffet for two people, or the entire buffet for one person. The buffet also includes eggs or an omelet made to order. You can also order $30 worth from the full menu. The lobby bar was excellent with amazing bartenders and decent food. I went over to the Dolphin one night to Bourbon Steak which was fantastic. Honestly, Bash the bartender at Bourbon Steak made my evening memorable. He makes you feel like he’s known you forever and was a standout here. The food was perfect and drinks and wine were just as amazing. Other things of note, the free bus to Magic Kingdom was perfectly convenient, and the water taxi from Swan/Dolphin to Epcot was great also. Note it makes a few stops before reaching the park. To the entire team at the Swan Reserve, keep it up! You’re doing an amazing job standing out above all the rest!

“Just the Job!”

First time staying at this hotel , having previously stayed at the Dolphin (across the road). We decided to base our family Disney trip from the Swan Reserve. On arrival the exterior an interior looks really nice. Unfortunately the Bell station was too busy counting their tips to help with our cases on arrival, which did spoil the overall arrival experience (please do better) not what you want after a 9 hour flight. We had a corner suite with an adjoining room for 5 of us. This worked fantastically well and more than enough space for the 2 weeks we stayed. The pool area is small but ideal for what we needed it for. Didn't use the restaurant but did frequently use the shop. The hotel has great Disney transportation and a short walk to the sister hotels/Boardwalk and the water taxi's. I would certainly stay here again and generally found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

“BABY FOUND A USED BLOODY PAD IN THE SUITE”

Our recent experience at the Swan Reserve was deeply disappointing. While we’ve been loyal guests of Marriott properties for the past 15 years, this visit was far from the standard we’ve come to expect. During our stay, our 16-month-old child discovered a used bloody pad in the bathroom—clearly left behind from a previous guest. A Incredibly disturbing and unacceptable oversight in cleanliness. What made the situation even more troubling was the way it was handled by the hotel staff. Given that a child was involved, we expected a much more serious and compassionate response. This type of incident poses a real health risk and raises serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and safety standards of the property. As a Disney-affiliated resort that caters to families, this lapse is especially alarming. We hope this matter is addressed with the urgency and accountability it deserves—not only for our family, but for the safety of all future guests.
