This must have been my third stay at this charming hotel, and it did not disappoint The rooms are hip and comfortable, the rooftop pool very welcoming, parking in the building (extra cost) and a helpful staff throughout. Whilst missing direct access to the beach this is an excellent choice in Herzeliya.

I stayed here for a week at the end of Feb 2025 on business. I found all the staff, especially Audrey, Herut, Gal, and Guy at the front desk to be really supportive and helpful. The hotel is located about a 15 min walk from the train and 15 min to the beach. Taxis are plentiful as well. The breakfast was generous and their staff were particularly nice too. The breakfast area has a nice outdoor patio in good weather as well. Rooms were small but comfortable. Housekeeping did a surprisingly good job by any standard every day. Lastly, the gym here is amazing. It's actually a private club in their basement so they have virtually every kind of strength, cardio, classes, wet / dry sauna, etc. there. Overall, I'll consider returning to this next time and highly recommend the staff. Read less

Extremely disappointing. The amenities were not available. The pool closed early every day. The lounge was closed for a private event. The staff did not communicate any of these things. If I had known before, I would not have booked this hotel. Too bad cause this hotel has potential.
