Very bad experience.
No place at all at the pool, each time we went there, we had to stand (family with 2 children and a baby). (Even not one chair)
Even though we specifically asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning/noon. Someone came at 18:00 after we already got back, and the room was not cleaned.

The food that we took wasn’t good, we expected more.
There was a brochure of cocktails with a sale, but the bartender didn’t had the ingredients and didnt know how to make it. Also cant make them at the pool.
Only one person at the front desk made really long lines, every time we wanted service… 25 min line at checkout for example.
The location is very good. But we came from nearby, so the location wasn’t enough

Amazing hotel steps from the ocean

This was my 10th trip to Israel and my first (of hopefully many times) staying at The Crowne Plaza. I stayed here for a week and could not have been more pleased with my experience! Ivo at the front desk was incredibly hospitable and kind. There is truly no better location in Tel Aviv. Highly recommend!!!

One of the worst experiences at a hotel, primarily due to their deceitful concierge service. I was promised that they would park my car and bring it to the entrance whenever I needed it. Excitedly, I paid them the full 300 for this service, believing it would make my stay easier.
But here’s the kicker: they NEVER parked my car or brought it to me, not even once! Every time I asked, I was met with excuses and delays. It made my stay incredibly frustrating and completely ruined my experience.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, at the end of my stay, they had the audacity to tell me that I hadn’t paid the full fee and demanded that I pay again or show them the recipt from three days ago. This was just outrageous!

Comfortable hotel right on beach

The hotel was about 30 minutes from airport. Check in was quick and the room was well appointed although dated with great views on the beach. Breakfast was very nice with eggs cooked to order and beautiful views of the sea. The area was great with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance.
