We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, had waters in room along with a date snack and there were plush bathrobes and even extra flipflops. The location is a block from Geula beach, very clean and great surf. Lots of restaurants nearby, and under 15 minute walk to Carmel Market.

Great hotel, overlooking the beach. First class service throughout, especially Ari at the front desk. Breakfast was amazing, both in terms of quality of the food and responsive service and the view from the outside terrace. Room equiped with all requirements, nice toiletries, strong airconditioner and comfortable beds. Not the cheapest hotel, but one felt it was priced appropriately for the quality. Read less

My family chose the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel to spend the week of Passover in Israel, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Every member of the hotel staff was incredibly helpful, courteous, and friendly. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention one inconvenience: the hotel has no USB ports in the rooms or elsewhere on the premises. When I asked the front desk for a converter, they gave me one that unfortunately didn’t work. Thankfully, my son had brought an extra one from home. Had I known in advance that a five-star hotel in Tel Aviv wouldn’t provide USB ports or working adapters, I would have come prepared. One morning during breakfast, Moshe Kanyas, the General Manager of the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel, was walking around the dining room introducing himself to guests. I asked him to join us and shared my concerns about the lack of USB access. He listened attentively and assured me that he would personally look into the matter. He told me this issue would no longer be a concern the next time I visited—which I truly appreciated. During our conversation, I also mentioned that I wished I could stay another evening to spend time with my niece and her family, who were staying at the Hilton Hotel. Without hesitation, Mr. Kanyas offered to move us to a suite for the extra night. That kind of thoughtful and immediate response is what I call true service. Overall, it was a memorable and heartwarming stay. The combination of attentive staff and a genuinely caring management team sets the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel apart. I look forward to returning—and hopefully, to a few USB ports, too! Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating The hotel is not bad

The hotel is not bad, but the room is dirty. There is a lot of dust, and we have to breathe it. The food is excellent, with a rich breakfast. The spa is great. However, the dirty room and the lack of basic TV channels are disappointing. No YouTube.

We stayed 3 nights in a Bellavista room. It had a balcony with sea view. The room was clean and had a good coffee machine. Air conditioning was good. Our requests were met quickly and pleasantly. We asked to change to a room with bath, for an extra duvet, more towels, a kettle and a small fridge. The decor in the hall is dark and there’s a strange flashing image near the lift on floor 8. We booked an extra room for 1 night for our daughter. It was a corner room - no balcony. When we asked for a room with balcony, we were informed brusquely that it would be an extra 250 shekel. We declined - this was the only low point. Otherwise all staff smiled and were pleasant and welcoming . Bar staff kindly provided milk for coffee in the room. The breakfast was varied and of high quality. The pool was closed and drained with no access ( possibly for the winter?) It was 21 degrees so this was a pity. I’d hoped to be able to sit and relax by the pool. Overall we felt it was good value. We would recommend and return to this hotel. Read less
