We were also lucky to be able to make good use of the 18th floor club room where the staff are so friendly and helpful. Great staff and chefs. All of the club room team deserve praise for their warm welcomes and their helpfulness, we especially want to thank Mazal, Grace, Lilach, Janice, Elena, Maria and Anastasia. They did seem to work like a family supporting each other, and that positive attitude definitely benefits guests. We do hope to see them again next time we stay. Read less

The service here is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful everywhere you go. I highly recommend the Sheraton Grand. There are so many options in the dining room. We have breakfast every day. Today we were assisted by Svetlana. So kind and friendly. This makes your stay so much more enjoyable.

We have stayed at the Sheraton Tel Aviv several times and it is lovely to be welcomed back by staff who recognised us. Concierge were polite and helpful. The breakfasts are superb with a great range of salads, cheeses, fish, fruit, yogurts, egg dishes and pastries which set you up for the day with no need to stop again until dinner if you are on business or travelling around the country. Staff in the breakfast room are all attentive and efficient - Svetlana, Vika, Dara, Natalia and many others gave us great service. Shabbat dinner was also abundant and delicious. We went to Manara restaurant one evening and whilst the food was delicious and came speedily, we felt that there needed to be some lower tables with more relaxed seating - we were with some older people and they did not want to be perched on high bar chairs. The pool area is great but it would be good if it could stay open later? It was a pity that the gym was being refurbished during our stay but the temporary gym area in two bedrooms worked satisfactorily as an interim measure (and, though I did not use it, the hotel had made arrangements with a neighbouring gym facility. Iam looking forward to seeing the new gym facilities next time we come. The work areas both on the top floor and at the rear of the lobby work well but the air-con is a little too fierce. Bedrooms are modern and bathrooms, though small, have a great shower. Towels are on the small side and not soft (please provide larger and plusher towels - this should be a given in a luxury hotel) but the gowns are lovely. Beds are firm and comfortable. Rooms are serviced twice a day and chocolates are left in the evening but on a Saturday the rooms are not serviced until the afternoon; a morning room service should be an option. Of course, the location of the hotel is ideal for those wanting time on the beach or in the city. Overall a stay at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv is to be recommended; any complaints I have are minor and do not impact on the overall enjoyment of a visit as the food and staff are excellent. We will be back. Read less

The rooms are newly renovated, modern, clean and offer incredible sea views, nothing beats waking up and seeing the Mediterranean Sea right outside your balcony. Check-in and check-out are always smooth and quick. The front desk staff are friendly, professional, and really make you feel welcome. As a Platinum member, I had access to the Club Lounge on the 18th floor. The lounge has a great variety of food and drinks throughout the day, and the view from up there is just amazing. Huge thanks to Mazal, Elena, Maria, Anastasia and Adan for being consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming. The location is perfect, right on the beach. There’s a private exit that takes you straight to the beachfront walking path, and you can grab towels from the stand on your way out, which is super convenient. The outdoor heated pool is great, clean, quiet, and with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff around the pool are lovely and very attentive as well. This hotel continues to be my go-to in Tel Aviv, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Read less
