Amazing - This was our 4th stay at JBH and it is one of the most amazing places that we have stayed. The staff are next level, we were extremely well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. We had a suite on the 4th floor and our room was looked after beautifully throughout the day. The staff around the Executive pool had our sun loungers ready and a special thank you must go to Abusalam and Ezekiel who checked in on us throughout the day ensuring we had everything we needed (lovely gentlemen, felt like catching up with a friend.. they remembered our names which we felt was pretty impressive). We had access to the Executive lounge where we enjoyed afternoon tea every day, there was a huge choice of food on offer and we also enjoyed breakfast in there most mornings where it was lovely and quiet. A special mention should go to Miad who works in the lounge, he looked after us extremely well and would get our drinks order ready as soon as he saw us walk in. We first came to this hotel in 2008 and the above is the reason we keep going back. Thank you for an amazing holiday making fabulous memories. Until the next time from room 452. Read less

The hotel has everything you need for the perfect family vacation, three different pools, gym, spa, kids club, access a private beach etc. We chose the half board package that has a great value allowing you to explore the many restaurants the complex has to offer. Highly recommended We had a great time and the staff of the hotel works so hard to make your stay memorable. In particular we want to thank Madan and Hasan of the housekeeping team who delighted us every night with cute towel sculptures for our son and special treats for us. We also want to thank Nancy and Jowel of the pool team who went above and beyond in their effort to make the time we spent at the pool great. Read less

We stayed for a week in June and had the most amazing stay, we absolutely loved it. We had an overnight flight and arrived in the morning and we were fortunate that we could check in. We had a room with a balcony, the view was amazing and the room itself was fabulous. So much storage and the room was very spacious. Housekeeping was so friendly and gave my 5 year old 2 toy crabs which she absolutely loved. Rooms were immaculate everyday and turn down service every night. The hotel is beautiful and super clean. I absolutely loved the smell in the lobby area. We ate at the buffet restaurant everyday for breakfast and most nights for our evening meal. The staff were super friendly, helpful and made such a fuss of my daughter, they always made time to talk to her and ask about her day. The food at the buffet was very good, so much choice. We visited the hotel bar a few times. Special mention to Haris, he was so friendly and kind. He was really nice to my daughter and made such a fuss over her each night, my daughter really liked him. She was upset she didn’t get to see him before we went home as he was on his days off. Family pool area was great as were the staff. Bottled water in cool bags by the sun beds, towels available, someone also came round with fruit and ice lollies during the day, someone also came round cleaning sunglasses. We never had any issues getting sun beds but it did get busier late morning. The private area on the beach was great, with a fantastic view of the Burj Al Arab. We only went to the beach once but like the pool, bottled water and towels available. Overall we found the hotel to be amazing and absolutely loved our stay. We will 100% be back again in the future. Spent 5 days in club room mid August 2025 - this is our 3rd visit as a couple and we still remain undecided. The hotel , room , location are for us 2nd to none but this hotel leans heavily towards families that couples seeking relaxation / refineness are left wanting. We enjoyed the cub facilities and our thanks go out to Jan in the Sunset lounge for his warmth and professionalism , he made our visits each evening a pleasure. The Executive Pool was appreciated and managers Jorgi and Jeniffer should be proud of their team from washroom assistants, lifeguards and attendants - specially Julie who honoured us with her time and enthusiasm. We also appreciated the warmth of each employee eg gardeners/buggy drivers who always said hello and smiled. We did notice from our early 0900hr arrival that there seem to be some sort of a side hustle in place where sunbeds were reserved by strategic placing of inflatables - some of these sunbeds [directly opposite the bar ] were not occupied for at least a couple of hours! (by the same family) sad to see this creeping in . Dhow and Anchor and Fika were great as always. Floor 24 did not fail with its spectacular ambience and view. We will look in the future towards Marsa Al Arab as we feel that this JBH lacks adult only spaces and tranquilness of eating in restaurants without crying /screaming children (that is more our issue than the hotel) Read less
