Located on the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai is 25 minutes away. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

292 rooms and 57 suites. All with furnished balcony, air-conditioning, LCD TV, iPod docking station, alarm clock, mood lighting, complimentary WiFi access, iron and ironing board, tea/coffee-making facilities, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, robe and slippers, W Signature Bed and the W MixBar. Wonderful rooms with partial sea views from the balcony, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child. Half board option: includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Beverages are not included.

Full board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beverages are not included.

- Half Board or Full Board meal plans start with the dinner on day of arrival and finish with the breakfast on the day of departure, respectively lunch for Full Board

- Kids 11.99 years and below dine for free from the kid’s menu only. Kids menu is available in all outlets

Half Board Dine Around option: includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner, and can be redeemed at over 100 participating restaurants across Marriott International properties in the UAE. Please check with the hotel for the most up to date list of venues. Restaurants will offer either a set menu, buffet or provide dining credit.


All Inclusive option includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet meals at Liv, a la carte items from the all inclusive menu at Wet Deck, Wet, W Lounge, SoBe, Olivino and Euther, and food credit at Akira Back) - house beverages including wine, beers, spirits, tea and coffee, and soft drinks available at West Deck, Wet, W Lounge, Liv, SoBe, Mediterranean Restaurant and Aether  - Ice cream throughout the day at Wet Deck, Wet and Liv.

Cool Corner Suites with uninterrupted ocean views, separate lounge area with dining table, vinyl player and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child.

Fantastic Suite with palm or sea views from the expanded terrace, separate lounge area with dining table and vinyl player, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child.

Marvelous Suite featuring separate lounge area with dining room and bar, exclusive amenities such as Dyson hairdryer, rainfall shower and free-standing bathtub, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed. Just back from a lovely stay at the W Palm Dubai and it genuinely delivered on luxury, comfort and style. The hotel is immaculate, beautifully maintained and spotless from top to bottom. Huge shoutout to Brian and George at the pool who went above and beyond all week. Their five star service and surprise fruit platter on our last day were a real highlight. It is that kind of thoughtful touch that makes you feel truly pampered. The buffet food was excellent with plenty of variety and great quality. The green apple juice is an absolute must try, fresh, zingy and seriously addictive. Rashid at the bar also deserves a mention for his friendly service and a truly lovely cocktail. The reception staff, dining hosts and waiters were all superb. Warm, welcoming and professional, they really elevate the whole experience. While the hotel is not especially geared towards children, the staff went out of their way to make a fuss of the little ones and ensure they felt included. It was incredibly hot during our stay, the kind of heat that hits you like a wall, but the chilled pool and perfectly air conditioned rooms made it manageable. Do make sure to ask for a room away from the construction side of the hotel as the noise can be quite disruptive if you are looking for peace and quiet. One heads up, water sports booked through the hotel are very expensive. We found the same activities nearby for a third of the price with longer time included, so definitely worth exploring your options. All in all, a fabulous holiday with some real standout moments. Would absolutely return, but next time I will be better prepared for the heat and book my jet ski elsewhere. Read less
