Beautifully situated property with the most luxurious villas and the bedding is amazing. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from. A special thanks must go to our butler/host Rohan who went the extra mile to ensure an unforgettable holiday experience.

The best place we have ever stayed in, from service to facilities on the resort, everything is 10/10. Would recommend everyone experiences staying here as it really is special. Want to give a special shoutout to all tho butlers we had, but especially James in the villa and Zitu by the pool - they made our trip.

A beautiful place to relax. We stayed in villa 9 and this was a short but stunning walk to the adults only pool/beach area and La Promenade breakfast. Sunset was a 3 minute walk away and the location was just perfect with a view of the Burj. This resort is very small compared to JBH, not many people knew it was there, but it was nice to be on the "quieter" side but still only a quick buggy ride away the other hotels. We did half board which we probably wouldn't do again but it was nice to experience the restaurants available. Bastion, Pier Chic and Shimmers were nice with a great view especially at sunset. The hotel and the lobby are beautiful and smell amazing. All facilities were spotless and the flower displays were incredible. The gym was fantastic and has normatec and massage available. Good range of cardio and weight machines/ equipment. There is also an outdoor gym with a rock climbing facility which was impressive. I would like to personally thank Rriyaj who went above and beyond with his service on the boat transport. He is a credit to the company and a very kind gentleman who made our stay memorable. AJ, our butler was lovely and attentive. Gigi at La promenade was so sweet and went out of her way to make us feel special and welcome every morning. Jfri was lovely too and all of these employees really made the effort and make you feel welcome and looked after. The complimentary cookies, croissants and pie in the villa reception is a lovely touch after a day of sun bathing and the complimentary drinks and snacks between 5pm-7pm was a great touch while you are getting ready for the evening. The views are truly incredible and the boats, buildings, architecture make this venue seem like a real palace and we will most definitely be returning. The e butler service was fantastic and always quick to reply to book a buggy, make a reservation or help with anything you need. Nothing was too much and they even weighed our suitcases for us and messaged us to let us know before our flight. Everything was absolutely flawless and I feel very grateful to be able to experience this hotel. My only fault I can pick (and this is being extremely picky because truly we have zero regrets) but it would have been nice if the room service maybe added extra little touches throughout the holiday like wrapped up towels or little treats just a little "something" when you come back in. The bed was made, curtains done and everything was restocked but compared to other resorts that is one of the very minor things I could comment on however this did not effect our stay and we truly had an amazing time. In the week we stayed there we didn't ever see any form of entertainment or evening music or anything at all other than a bird at breakfast. We did go out for meals and not into any bars so maybe that is why? We didn't mind this as we were here to relax but maybe we missed that. Overall it was a truly incredible, luxurious experience. My husband and I are just back from a beautiful week spent in Dar Al Masyaf, our butler Rodrigo and his assistant Asad were absolutely brilliant and made our stay so special. They treated us very well and nothing was a problem. My husband celebrated his birthday while we were there and a birthday gift was arranged for him for when we got back after a day at the beach, so we toasted his health watching the sunset on the gulf. The suite was luxurious and comfortable and I would highly recommend it. The whole resort is stunning and we hope to get back there sometime next year. Read less
