351 generously sized rooms, suites and villas, all with spacious balcony or terrace with day beds, air-conditioning, coffee/tea-making facilities, minibar*, and flat-screen TV.

Classic Sea View rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Board basis options

Breakfast option includes: International buffet breakfast will be served in Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant. Breakfast taken outside designated meal timings will be charged separately as per consumption. Breakfast ordered through room service will be charged as per consumption.

Half Board option includes: breakfast and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant which includes food only, all drinks will be charged as per consumption. Complimentary one small bottle of water per person per meal.

Full Board option includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant which includes food only, all drinks will be charged as per consumption. Complimentary one small bottle of water per person per meal.

All-Inclusive option includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant, or 3 course dinner - set-menu at either Levant & Nar or NoHo Bar & Grilll. Selected soft & house beverages are available from 12:30pm – 10:00pm at Saffar. Soft & house beverages included from 11:00am – 07:00pm in ShaSha. Soft & house beverages included from 07:00pm - 10:00pm at Amarbar. 4 house beverages per person with set-menu meals at Levant & Nar and NoHo Bar & Grill. Other meals and drinks not included in the All Inclusive meal plan will be charged to the guest’s account. All Inclusive package ends at 12 noon on the day of check out, unless late check out extended and paid (does not apply on complimentary late check out extensions).

Guests with Half Board, Full Board, and All-Inclusive meal plan bookings. Guests are now entitled to utilize their 120 AED credit during the NoHo Brunch, which is hosted every Saturday. Please note that an additional supplement is applicable for certain packages: ‘Bubbly Experience’ and ‘Driver’s Choice’ packages and ‘Champagne Experience’ package. Guests have to make reservations in advance to secure their spot.

One Bedroom Private Pool Villas are just steps from the beach, with a private pool, spacious living and dining area, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Rooms include: access to the Club InterContinental Lounge with a separate check-in area, private pool, deep soaking jacuzzi, as well as deluxe culinary offers throughout the day such as cocktail happy hour and afternoon tea.

Fritz Zee Caro welcomed us at check-in with such genuine hospitality engaging, kind, and incredibly efficient, making the process seamless and stress-free. We were also met with the utmost professionalism from Mr. Shedid, your Duty Manager, who was both polite and accommodating, ensuring everything about our arrival felt special. Ramadan, your Bellman, was equally courteous and helpful, handling our luggage with a smile and sincere kindness. But where the magic truly happened was with your F&B service team. Milan Lal , Juni, Su Sandi, El Kay, and Mosses, I cannot thank them enough. They went above and beyond not just in service, but in human connection. They didn’t just serve they cared. From the endless glasses of watermelon juice to simply engaging with my son, they made him feel seen, heard, and valued. 5* Perfection!

First impressions were excellent and those first impressions never left us. We checked in for seven nights on May 22 into a Seaview Villa (Villa 32). The Villa was exceptional, beautifully decorated a fantastic layout and the views were stunning. The entire resort is immaculate, the staff are courteous and extremely professional, a special mention for Thomas and Eduardo for their service around the pool. Despite the intense heat, they always served with a smile. We chatted to many of the staff who told us it was their privilege to be working at the Intercontinental and these staff are a real credit to the hotel. The restaurants are fantastic, we especially liked Levant & Nar, again the staff were excellent and the food superb. We had spa treatment by two fantastic therapists and we were very impressed with the spa itself. We had one or two minor issues which were dealt with by management with courtesy and superb professionalism. We would not hesitate to return and look forward to visiting again soon . Absolutely amazing experience

Just returned from 6 days here. Absolutely amazing in all areas. Friendly, professional staff across the resort from spa to restaurants to pool/beach. Food was fabulous and there’s so many areas you can do something different every day/night.

In love with this place, restaurant, pools, beache, everything is perfect we were with two kids and they spend there most wonderful time, so thankful to the girls Nishadi and Melani and others in the kids club, they are so adorable, loved and cared my kids like their own
