In Anaheim, just a mile from the entrance to Disneyland Resort. The Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) shuttle stops outside the hotel ($6 per day, payable locally, subject to change). It's around 10 miles to Knotts Berry Farm. Newport Beach is around 20 miles away. Transfer time from Los Angeles International Airport: 50 minutes.

Pool View Rooms overlook the pool area and Lanai Deck Rooms open onto the 5th floor sundeck.

The hotel staff was so helpful and very courteous! Patrick wu, was excellent in his customer service. When I was looking for a place to stay they helped find the best accommodations and everything was very clean and organized. Definitely recommend to come and stay.
Hilton hide behind policy and the need for more money and disregard health and safety.

We currently have a booking to stay for 5 nights. Due to the Fires and the warnings we have listened to the fire department, government officials, locals who are all advising against travel due to risks of current fires, potential new fires and air quality.
The Hilton will not refund our accommodation. We have ask to move dates and they want to charge an additional $1300 USD.
The Sheridan refunded a seperate booking, no questions asked.
I have always enjoyed staying at Hilton hotels but they have lost us as customers after this experience where they put money and policy over safety and health.

I am at the Hilton attending the NAMM Show and this lovely gentleman named Patrick has helped me settle in every way he possibly could and I am very grateful for that after a long flight! I have traveled the world and I must say, Hilton's client experience and customer service level is unparalleled! Thank you guys! Excellent job as always !
Second stay here. RENOVATION is a big negative experience and the trades make your stay uncomfortable.

Second time staying here.
Couldn’t fault first stay here. But it has gone downhill very quickly. Understand hotel is in the midst of a renovation, but doesn’t excuse the lack of service and still charging full rates for a sub standard experience
The works going on seem to overshadow any care for guests
Rethink your choice!!!!!! Even the suites are AWFUL!

Room 5127 (which is an upgraded SUITE)looks like crap. It has the carpet ripped up, the air vent is nasty, bugs in the light, and there cracks in the sink and Tub. Even the wallpaper was tearing down.
This is unacceptable for all of their customers. The room looks horrible and belongs in the dumpster. I will never go back to that crappy hotel again-in fact, just canceled our reservations for May!
