Our family just recently stayed at the Viv hotel for the first time. It was for two nights. We have been coming down to the Anaheim area for over 15 years as a family, since the kids were little. I can honestly say that this is one of the best experiences we've ever had at an Anahiem hotel. Every single staff member was kind and helpful. From the restaurant, to poolside, to the bar, to housekeeping, to the front desk. It was top notch!
When we arrived, I mentioned that it was our first time at the hotel and the staff at the front desk made sure we got a room up high and facing the Disney park. This the highlight of the trip for our family. Though we were not there for Disney, the parks have a sweet place in our hearts, and we were able to watch the fireworks each night and that brought back years of memories at the parks. I am not sure if it was an upgrade to our room choice through points, but it was so awesome for all of us. We even spent almost one entire day in the room just hanging out and watching the World Cup.
We had to email the hotel manager to compliment all of the staff. Honestly, we cannot stop thinking about it.
We will most definitely come back to this hotel. We certainly will be doing this again! It was an amazing weekend because of the facilities, but mostly because of the staff. The warm faces, smiles, and great conversations. It was sure was perfect!
