Horrible Experience and Unjust Charges I will never stay at this hotel again. My stay at The Viv was, to say the least, disappointing and frustrating. Upon check-in, I was told that I would be charged $205 to my card as a security deposit, with the assurance that the full amount would be refunded at the end of my stay. Not only did the refund never arrive, but when I called to ask for an explanation, the story completely changed. The hotel claimed the charge was not for a deposit but for other expenses which, as a Gold customer, I was assured were complimentary! This is unacceptable and deeply dishonest. The lack of transparency and the unjust charge left me feeling angry and cheated. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be professional. Stay away from this establishment if you don't want unpleasant surprises on your bill.

The hotel was so beautiful, however, I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and communication here. We stayed for a small getaway from being a local family. We had no toilet paper and no tissue in our room for a one night stay (just a used roll). When we tried to call the front desk AND housekeeping, we received no answer for hours at night. Tried again in the morning and nothing! This forced us to go downstairs and ask for basic things such as toilet paper and towels. When we voiced our concerns and asked to speak to the manager we got the run around for over an hour. I was waiting in the lobby, waiting for a phone call and nothing. A beautiful hotel is nice, but customer service is everything. Therefore, I would rather stay somewhere else and would not return back here.

I recently stayed at this hotel, first impression did not disappoint! Beautiful lobby friendly staff. Check in process was very easy, This hotel is located only minutes away from the Disneyland Resort, Could practically walk to the parks. The view from the room was excellent! You can enjoy the Disneyland fireworks from room perfect for those of you with little kids. Be sure to request a room with a view towards the parks when you book your stay if possible!!! The room was nice and clean, beautiful spacious bathrooms! The bed was very comfortable! I would stay there again and would highly recommend it for your next trip to Anaheim Ca. RJ
