We stayed here 4 nights in July for a wedding. After a bit of a hassle finding a 2 Queen room in the reserved wedding block, we booked via United / Hotels.com and got a comparable rate (though not cheap). The hotel was very clean, and the room was very nice, though we did face an office building so the view from the 4th floor corner was meh. We did not eat here and there was a bagel place that contributed to an odor of burnt bagels in the morning. Not sure if that's because of a self-service toaster or not. Perhaps the best thing about the hotel is the location. It's a 5–7-minute walk to the Link train (if you come from the airport DEFINITELY take this for $3 vs. a $60-70 Uber ride). It's also only about 10 minutes straight downhill to the Pike Place Market. We went into some of the hotels on the water and they were almost twice the price and not more convenient. From here it's also a 20 minute walk to the space needled (or "space noodle") as one kid called it, and Chihuly Glass. You can also take the monorail in about 10 minutes. Lots of good eating choices but the further you get away from Pike Place area, the easier it will be to find seating. Also lots of decent coffee places close to the hotel including Caffe Umbria, Anchorhead Coffee, and yes, even a Starbucks. But there are so many other coffee places to try here. Why not go where the locals go? Anyway, overall a pleasant stay during Seattle's busy tourist season. Read less

Clean hotel with a large corner room. A great location close to everything Seattle has to over. My only complaint was no computer/business center for guests use. I asked if one was available at the front desk and was told no.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the light rail and close to Pike Place Market, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property itself is clean and well-maintained. The staff is professional, though a bit business-like—there wasn’t much of a personal touch. While I wasn’t expecting to be greeted by name, a brief introduction to the hotel or some basic information about the town would have been a nice gesture. The room was comfortable and clean, but there were a couple of small issues. The bathrobe provided had a ripped pocket, which wasn’t a huge problem, but it did detract from the overall experience. Also, the toilet wasn’t securely fastened to the floor, so it wobbled every time I sat down. While not a major issue, it’s something that should have been addressed. Another downside was that the hotel doesn’t provide free breakfast, which was a bit disappointing, especially since every other Hyatt property I've stayed at offered a nice hot breakfast. Lastly, the room’s safe wasn’t locking properly, and we had to call maintenance twice to have it reset, which was a bit of an inconvenience. If it weren't for these small but noticeable issues, it could have been a perfect stay. Still, the location and overall cleanliness make it a solid choice for anyone visiting the area. Read less
