I am staying at ARIA for seven nights, and for the last two nights, I received no housekeeping at all. I called multiple times — most of the time the line was busy — and when I finally got through, they apologized and promised to send someone. I even mentioned that the day before had also been skipped. After dinner, I returned to find the room still untouched. For the price you pay here, not getting basic housekeeping is unacceptable.

Everything in the room worked as it should, which is a big deal to me. Room service always arrived quicker than the promised time. I used the main gym, which was really nice. (There's also a smaller cardio room that's open 24/7.) Taking Ubers/Lyfts from their pickup area was generally smooth, although it would be nice if it were wider/longer so cars didn't have to load one at a time. Was a bit disappointed that there was a collection of (somebody else's) hair on my shower drain. Value is iffy. If I had a redo, I'd probably stay at the Park MGM to save money and still be in the same area as I wasn't in town to gamble or go to the pool.

Fraying at the edges...

Still a nice hotel but fraying at the edges and badly in need of renovation.
We first visited in 2014 and the rooms are still the same 11 years on. The difference now is that the furnishings look grubby and the wallpaper is peeling in places. Would not expect this in a 5-star hotel.
Aria Hotel & Casino for Fun and relaxing 5 Star Trip for us.

The People and Hotel make it a must go. Staff Friendly and knowledgeable of Aria. Room spotless. Pool clean and Casion clean. Elevators fast and clean. we give the place a 5 Star rating. we will go back again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Aria. I stayed in a corner tower suite and everything was perfect from the bathroom to the bed, I couldn’t ask for any better. Primarily I enjoyed the blackjack tables which although had mostly higher limit tables they were very ample. Also restaurant I HIGHLY recommend Catch restaurant!
